Heat Therapy (TDP Lamp)

Heat therapy is a fantastic form of treatment particularly in the winter months when the bodys energy and blood circulation is easily influenced by exposure to wind, cold and dampness. Howard uses a TDP ( this is a far-infra red heating lamp) that is made up of  a number of special mineral plates. The heat has a dynamic effect on the microcirculation of blood in the body. Not only is it deeply relaxing but Heat Therapy will also boost the healing abilities of the body, relax tight muscles, loosen joints and increase their range of movement.
Heat Therapy can be combined with Deep Tissue Massage and Acupuncture treatments to enhance healing and bring about a sense of wellbeing.
